Projects are the core organizational unit in BeatBandit. Each project contains your entire screenplay development process from initial concept to final script.
Creating a Project
New Project
- From your dashboard, click New Project
- Enter a project name
- Choose a template:
- Movie - Feature film (90-120 pages)
- TV Pilot - Television pilot (30-60 pages)
- Short Film - Short format (5-30 pages)
- Click Create
Project Settings
Each project has customizable settings:
- Title - Your screenplay title
- Genre - Primary and secondary genres
- Target Length - Desired page count
- AI Model - Preferred AI assistant (Premium)
- Collaborators - Team member access

Stages
Projects are organized into sequential stages:
- Logline - One-sentence summary

Duplicate a Project

- Select Duplicate
- Choose what to copy:
- All content
- Structure only
- Specific stages
- Name the new project
Archive Projects
Keep your dashboard clean:

- Choose Archive
- Access archived projects from sidebar
- Restore anytime
Delete Projects
